Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframes
We dispatch all standard orders within 3 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. For items marked as "Special Order" or "Made to Order", dispatch may take longer—timelines will be clearly stated in the product description or communicated after purchase.
Delivery is made via Australia Post or a comparable courier service. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional or remote areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST (where applicable).
Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide. All orders are fulfilled from within Australia.

Authority to Leave & Delivery Attempts
Most deliveries will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to receive the item, a calling card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
If you have opted for an Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, you agree that the item may be left unattended at your delivery address. MPM and our delivery partners will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from this arrangement.
Re-Delivery & Second Attempt Charges
Our couriers typically make one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful and no ATL is provided, it becomes your responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated depot or local post office.
If you request a second delivery attempt, any associated costs will be charged to you and must be paid prior to re-delivery.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to sign during business hours to avoid delays and extra charges.
Order Collection (Pick-Up)
Please note that pick-up is not available. All orders must be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
